ReadyPrint Overview

ReadyPrint allows litigation support professionals to print directly from image folders or by utilizing industry standard load files. New to version 1.1, users can now easily print metadata fields on custom folder and document separator sheets to help organize and identify documents.

Designed with high capacity printing in mind, ReadyPrint combines documents by a set number of pages. This option spools documents in larger sets to reduce the printer cycle time, while maintaining folder and document separator sheets.

ReadyPrint handles industry standard load files, including Summation, Concordance, IPRO and EDRM XML. Additionally, ReadyPrint supports most common image formats, including PDF, TIF and JPG files.

Printing Options

Adjust page margins before sending to printer,
Set paper size and source tray for primary and secondary paper,
Send documents in groups of pages specified by the user to improve printer performance,
Auto-rotate landscape images 90 degrees to the left or 90 degrees to the right, and
Specify no separator sheets, blank separator sheets or user designed separator sheets.

Design cover sheet using the Rich Text (RTF) format for advanced customization,
