ReadyExport Overview

Using ReadyExport, litigation support teams can create collections and subsets of images. Users can import images from a variety of formats, such as TIFF, PDF and JPEG and then create new export sets. Saved images can be in TIFF, PDF, PDF/A or a combination of TIFF and JPEG/LZW formats.

Need to convert single page images to multi page images? Or convert multi page images to single page images? ReadyExport can handle both options and provide a load file to match.

In addition to saving image sets, ReadyExport allows the user to export loose native files. Native files can be filtered to include or exclude specific document types. These can be saved with images for a unified export.

We’ve included page-level and document-level numbering options. With ReadyExport, users can sequentially renumber documents and generate a cross reference file. Combined with the functionality included in our endorsement module, users can then burn those numbers onto image sets after exporting.
